About Health and Wellness planning? 

Health and Wellness Planning aims to approach healthy living and healthy concerns in a customized and holistic manner, and to educate on simple, sustainable lifestyle changes that would improve your overall wellness.

Is about motivating and supporting you in designing a positive attitude about your health & wellness, in making healthy eating choices, and incorporating physical activity into daily routines in ways that are easy-to-implement.    

What does a Health and Wellness Planner?

Firstly the Health and Wellness Planner should be your partner in this journey. His/her role is to empower you to identify your health goals and become a proactive participant in your own self-health management. Either you need an expert who can help you lose weight or to lose and/or keep your weight, the health and wellness planner is by your side to achieve any of these goals, but also for increasing your level of physical activity, and improve your overall physical and mental health.

As a client of my health program you will receive:

  • An individualized nutrition and wellness program: including a custom meal plan and grocery list based upon yours unique dietary needs   
  • Work to achieve and maintain your ideal weight
  •  Understand and reduce your cravings      
  • Learn about new foods and how you can easily incorporate them in your meniu
  • A personalized program with goals and resources; not a one-and-done visit
  • And learn lifestyle tips that are accessible to implement
  • Gain confidence, balance that will improve your energy, balance and health
  • Set and accomplish goals in a way that is empowering and exciting

My commitment

Together we’ll work to reach your health goals towards a healthier lifestyle in areas such as achieving optimal weight, reducing food cravings, increasing sleep, and maximizing energy.

Across our collaboration, we will start through careful listening of your current state in order to design a personalized and optimized plan, help you navigate the world of contradictory nutrition in order to be able to easily make the changes that are necessary for you. My approach is not to dwell on calories, carbs, fats, and proteins. It is not to create lists of restrictions or good and bad foods. Instead, I work with you to create a happy, healthy life in a way that is flexible, fun and rewarding.

As we work together, you’ll develop a deeper understanding of the food and lifestyle choices that work best for you and implement lasting changes.

Your program includes:

– one 50-minute sessions per month via Online or Phone sessions

– recipes that are healthy and simple to prepare

– coaching and support to help you make the dietary and lifestyle changes you want

– simple but informative handouts that will increase your nutrition knowledge

– my personal commitment to your health and success
